Not every day
Don’t expect me to blog every day. I’m popping in today just to reassure you that I plan to be around a while. Oh, and thanks to the RSS followers. I didn’t know there was a way to measure how many are pulling content through RSS.
Piece by piece the pile is diminishing. So much paper collected over the decades! Am determined not to leave this mess to my kids. Latest piece to go was senior-year report card. I sent a photo of it to my kids. They were jealous, I could tell.
Out and about this afternoon for a bit, noted lower traffic and movement than normal. Most stores and shops were closed today. Likely not profitable yet. The empty-street feel is quite nice.
Am getting into DeltaChat, got some friends to join, created a group. I’m bad about making teams and groups work, but who knows this might fly.
Earlier today I submitted a devotional article to Power for Today magazine. First time in decades. And I’m not even a subscriber any more. It was a good exercise, writing something useful in 200 words. Fewer words often means more work.
Today I started praying for my email contacts. The list contains almost 600. Went from AA-AL. There are many ways to pray for others. This will catch a lot of people that would otherwise be overlooked.
Finally, our little Christmas tree this year. Just the right size for us.
